Its not really to increase times, but to marginally increase depth, when those dives are over 40m. After all, there is no rush i assume? If you are not so focused on pushing times in such a short time-frame you can use parts of the training plan, cherry pick what you can and cant achieve. Thank you!! The not-so-fun side effects of the MDR Since nothing in life is free, there are two negative side effects that occur as a result of the MDR. I thought only fast and deep breathing was. Nothing heavy mainly and no caffeine. Take that, foolish mind! For instance, you would not breathe at the intensity you do when walking around if you were just sitting on the sofa, and hoe would not breathe at the rate you do when running if you were just walking.
