Ever thought it would be awesome to hold your breath for a long time? Years ago I remember seeing an episode of National Geographic about spearfishermen in the South Pacific.

It blew my mind that anyone could hold their breath for that long, especially since my lifetime achievement was only around one minute and thirty seconds. Hi, Free diving secrets. No, i wouldnt frfe it. Thus, for the past 5 years I've been focused on the instructional side of freediving by teaching my classes through my company Immersion Freediving. I was absolutely blown away by the class and by freediving, I quickly became obsessed I challenged them to the longest breath hold, 3, 2, 1 go! I assumed Freedivers must have some sort of mind over matter technique that free diving secrets them to ignore the pain and discomfort.
